FROM THE NORTH
A1 Milan-Rome motorway: exit at Firenze Impruneta and follow signs for Siena, exiting at COLLE DI VAL D’ELSA SUD and continue in the direction of Radicondoli / Follonica / Grosseto.
Continue in the direction of Radicondoli / Follonica / Grosseto. Immediately after the IP petrol station and Bar Cappanino della Suvera turn right towards Radicondoli and Follonica. When you
you reach the town of Radicondoli DO NOT turn towards Radicondoli but continue for another 12 km until you reach the road on the right marked
“PORCIGNANO” (after about 30 km from the petrol station), turn down the hill, arrive at the Spa, go over the small bridge and continue along the dirt road for one and a half km, where
you will find our restaurant and where I will be waiting to take you to your flat!
FROM THE SOUTH
Take the A1 Milan-Rome motorway: exit at SIENA VALDICHIANA and continue for about 2 km, then take the ‘4 lane’ to Florence and exit at COLLE DI VAL D’ELSA SUD. Continue in
direction Radicondoli / Follonica / Grosseto. Immediately after the IP petrol station and Bar
Cappanino della Suvera turn right towards Radicondoli and Follonica. When you reach the town of Radicondoli DO NOT turn towards Radicondoli but go on for another 12 km until you reach the road on the right marked “PORCIGNANO” (after about 30 km from the petrol station), turn down the hill, arrive at the Spa, go over the small bridge and continue along the white road for one and a half km, where you will find our restaurant and where I will be waiting to take you to your flat!
The Podere La Boscaglia is located within the Bosco delle Carline Nature Reserve, in the heart of the wildest, but also the best known and most admired Tuscany.
In a short time from here you can reach famous places
Renaissance Florence, with its beautiful architecture, rich museums and worldly life;
Siena and San Gimignano, still immersed in the Middle Ages; Volterra, with its mysteries.
Monteriggioni, its fortress rising from the same countryside that Dante describes in the
Divine Comedy; Massa Marittima, light and majestic, overlooking the sea; The Abbey of San
Galgano, mystical and so evocative that it is often chosen as a film location;
The Chianti region of Siena, beautiful panoramas, unforgettable roads and excellent tastings of the world’s most famous wine; the coast between Grosseto and Livorno, with beaches, rocks, and natural parks such as the Parco della
Maremma, with its beaches that can only be reached on foot or by sea;
the Via Francigena, where pilgrims passed in ancient times and today a destination for beautiful trekking.
And closer:
